Website and server logs

When you visit, technically necessary information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier and error data may be processed. This supports secure and reliable operation.

Customer account

For customer accounts we process company, name, email address, roles, licence status, eligible versions, sessions and download events. For immediate supply we also record your express declarations with their wording and version, the assigned purchase, the time of consent and the start of file supply, and any contract and delivery evidence provided. We use these records to perform the contract and document the declarations. You can download your evidence from your account. Passwords are stored only as non-reversible verification values.

Purchase and billing through Paddle

Paddle provides the checkout and processes data needed for payment, tax calculation, invoicing, fraud prevention and refunds as Merchant of Record. Tickessa receives the customer, transaction and status data needed to assign purchases and licences.

Developer portal

The portal at developer.tickessa.de uses a separate login with its own password and session data, independent of customer accounts. We process developer applications, contact and company information, submitted source packages, review findings and licence sales to provide and secure the distribution service. Tax information, encrypted bank details and settlement records are used for developer billing and payouts. Access to unpublished source is restricted to its owner and authorised reviewers. If an external AI review service is enabled, its provider and processing terms are disclosed before source transfer. No external AI review service is currently connected.

Cookies

The customer account uses a technically necessary, protected session cookie. Marketing or advertising cookies are not planned for the customer account.

Retention period

Account data is stored for the contract term and then as required by law. Sessions expire automatically. Security and download records are kept only as long as needed for protection, licence evidence or legal defence.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Statutory retention requirements may prevent immediate complete deletion.
